To provide a lifting sash window with an opening/closing regulating function and an enclosing device, for which a double sliding door does not open unless the lifting sash window is fully closed and the lifting sash window cannot be lifted unless the double sliding door side is fully closed.

The lifting sash window 11 for opening and closing the front surface opening 64 of the enclosing device 61 includes the double sliding doors 16-19 including a double part 20 disposed through vertical sash frames 12 and 13 and horizontal sash frames 14 and 15, and is provided with an alternate lock mechanism 32 for canceling the lock state of the double sliding doors 16-19 in a fully closed state and locking the lifting sash window 11 to the side of the vertical frame 65 of the front surface opening 64 when the lifting sash window 11 is fully closed, and canceling the lock state to the side of the vertical frame 65 and performing locking to the side of the double part 20 to make lifting possible only when the double sliding doors 16-19 are in the fully closed state.
