Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve workhours and workability of a loading operation of a concrete product by dispensing with tipping by a conventional tipping machine and hook switching of a suspending jig when the concrete product such as a segment is transported and loaded from a shed to a truck.
SOLUTION: A rotating member 2 having an attaching member 6 (method in which an engaging pin 6b is inserted into a joint bolt hole b) to be attached to a segment S is provided to be slidable and rotatable in a vertical direction to a device body 1 which is suspended in an elevating manner by a lifting machine, and a tip of a piston rod 3b of a hydraulic cylinder 3 provided in the device body 1 is connected to the rotating member 2. A hydraulic circuit 4 which has an accumulator 10 and a shut off valve 12 and which discharges a pressure oil in the hydraulic cylinder 3 and tips concrete product in a vertical state to a horizontal state by a dead-weight of the concrete product is provided to the hydraulic cylinder 3.
