Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lifting trainer with which a person can do training of lifting, kicking, etc., by himself inside a room.
CONSTITUTION: A trainer is composed of a cylindrical guide body 13 to guide a ball 24 vertically, a support pole 11 to support the guide body 13, and a net 20 protruded down from the guide body 13 to hold the ball 24. The guide body 13 is set to be movable up and down along the support pole 11, and the net 20 is formed in such a way that its length from a guide body bottom part is changeable, desirably. By kicking the ball 24 into the guide body 13, lifting training can be performed mainly, and training of kicking, etc., can also be performed.
