PURPOSE: To permit both the elevating/lowering motion and the rotational motion by a single drive element by providing a drive element to connect a holding frame to a stand in an adjustable and rotatable manner in the vertical direction and to elevate/lower and rotate the holding frame.
CONSTITUTION: A holding frame 10 is provided with a drive wheel track 12 parallel thereto and an idling wheel track 13, these wheel tracks 12, 13 are provided with a curved corner part, a straight part extending approximately in the vertical direction is connected to the corner part, and provided with a drive wheel 15 and an idling wheel 17 to be respectively engaged with the tracks 12, 13. These wheels 15, 17 are provided with one of them on the inner side of the parallel tracts 12, 13 and the other on the outer side at the specified distance in the direction of the tracks 12, 13, and the inner wheel 17 is arranged above the outer wheel 15. A drive element to elevate/lower and rotate the holding frame 10 is connected to the drive wheel 15 to transmit the driving force to the drive wheel 15.
