To provide a lifting type vehicle loading/traveling carriage and a power transmission device which can transport loads at a plate with difficult traveling conditions, such as paddy field or field, and smoothly travel using a vehicle in such a place.

Traveling plates 2 provided with slopes are placed on a loading carriage 1, lifting devices are disposed on the front and rear, and wheels 11 are fitted on axles 5a, 5b with width adjusting screws 6 attached. The axle 5b with driving rollers 7 fitted on bearings and auxiliary rollers 8 are mounted together on a power transmission and the power transmission is placed on a carriage to form a lifting type vehicle loading/traveling carriage.
