Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a ligator simple in structure, simple to handle and forming a lagating knot hard to loosen in the body.
CONSTITUTION: This ligator is constituted of a first suture holder 1 equipped with a suture guide member 9 having an almost circular arc-shape wherein a part of a loop is notched and a forceps 14 inserting a treatment part 24 grasping the free end part of a suture 12 in a false loop 28 formed by the suture 12 guided by the suture guide member 9 and extended on the side of the notch part of the loop to form the knot of the suture 12.
