Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a light alloy wheel which can mass-produce the light alloy wheel much more precisely than a conventional method.
SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the light alloy wheel has a process of casting a wheel raw material comprising a rim part and disk part, a process of forming a working reference part by providing hub holes on the disk part, and a process of working the rim part based on the working reference part. Also, the manufacturing method for the light alloy wheel has a process of working at least a part of the wheel raw material after the casting to form the working reference part, a process of making a heat treatment after that, and a process of working the rim part based on the working reference part.
