To provide a light intensity adjustment device, a light intensity adjustment system, and a light intensity adjustment method, which can stabilize the sterilization performance even when the light emission intensity of a light emitting element varies.SOLUTION: A light intensity adjustment device 3 includes a photometric device 32 having a photodetection element 321 that detects the amount of ultraviolet light emitted by a light emitting element 121 during the adjustment operation that adjusts the light emitting state of the light emitting element 121 that emits ultraviolet light with which an object to be sterilized is irradiated, and in which the signal level of an output signal with respect to the amount of detected ultraviolet light is calibrated and controlled, and a light amount control device 31 that controls a light emitting element management circuit 11 to control the light amount of the light emitting element 121 on the basis of the detection result of the photodetection element 321 during the adjustment operation in an ultraviolet light emitting device 1 having the light emitting element management circuit 11 that manages the operating state of the light emitting element 121 and the light emitting element 121.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
