To provide a light-colored water-borne coating capable of forming a film excellent in resistance to yellowing and resistance to pitching, and to provide the multilayer film given by using the coating.
This light-colored water-borne coating for an automotive body contains a water dispersion (A1) formed by dispersing a block copolymer resin (A) in water, a hydroxy group-containing resin (B), a curing agent (C), and a color pigment, and formes the film which has a lightness L* value of ≥80, when measured according to a L*a*b* color system defined in JIS Z 8729, wherein the block copolymer resin (A) comprises a copolymer (a1) which is obtained by copolymerizing a monomer component containing an olefinic monomer and a copolymer (a2) which is obtained by copolymerizing a monomer component containing a vinylic monomer having a carboxy group or a carboxylic anhydride group.
