To solve a problem wherein in a conventional light-concentrating heating device using a reflecting mirror, efficiency of thermal energy is low, and provide a light-concentrating heating device heating a heating target with high efficiency.

In the light-concentrating heating device, heating is performed by guiding light radiated from a point light source such as a halogen lamp or xenon lamp to all azimuths to a space where the heating target is installed through a bundle of optical fibers provided on a light receiving face almost covering the point light source.
