Abstract:
To improve water resistance and durability by mixing light weight aggregate and foaming agent with a board main body of ready-mixed concrete, coating cement paste on both faces of the board main body, and embedding meshy reinforcing fiber sheets in both cement paste so as to integrate them.
This board main body 10 is constituted out of concrete mixed with natural or artificial light aggregate 11 such as shirasu or pumice. A pair of cement paste 12, 13 are coated on both faces of the board main body 10 in a sandwich state. Meshy reinforcing fiber sheets 14, 15 are integratedly embedded in the coating films of the respective cement paste 12, 13.
