Title:
LIGHT DEFLECTOR AND MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3697918
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the light deflector and motor in cost and increase the service lives by reducing the increase in friction torque of the rotary shaft.
SOLUTION: A thrust bearing 42 bearing a rotary shaft 44 in the direction of the thrust is formed of a sliding material, and a circular groove 43 is formed in the part other than the sliding part, where the end face 45 of the rotary shaft 44 slides. Therefore, even if deposits, etc., of lubricating oil deteriorated by the rotation of a rotary body 34 and worn-off fine particles run down on the thrust bearing part 42, they are collected in the groove 43, so that the deposits staying between the end face 45 and the thrust bearing 42 is suppressed and decrease the rotary shaft 44 in rotary torque. As the result, the rotary shaft 44 rotates satisfactorily, and an low price and long service life light deflector can be provided.
