Abstract:

To provide an LED lighting apparatus capable of easily changing light distribution characteristics of illuminated light.

A light source formed by disposing a plurality of light emitting diodes (LED) 2, and a light distribution characteristics changing means having and a plurality of lens 30 disposed on each LED 2 correspondingly to each LED 2 to change light distribution characteristics of light emitted from the light source are provided in this light distribution structure of the LED lighting apparatus 1. The light distribution characteristics changing means has a distance varying mechanism to make a distance between the lens 30 and the LED 2 variable. The light distribution characteristics changing means is formed with a solenoid 4 provided in the lower part of a bottom plate 31 supporting the lens 20, for example, and the tip of the plunger 4a of the solenoid 4 abuts on the lower surface of the bottom plate 31.
