To obtain a light emission decorative structure which, when illuminated with light from the reversed side thereof, switches a pattern of a sheet material on a surface to another pattern 7 to be appeared on the surface definitely and clearly.
A light emission decorative structure is provided with a laminate 11 comprising a surface translucent sheet layer 1 having light transmissivity owing to resin-impregnating and having a colored pattern including a specific color, a hiding layer 5 which is arranged on the reverse side of the surface translucent sheet layer 1, and a translucent colored pattern layer 6 which is arranged on the reverse side of the hiding layer 5 and in which a colored pattern 7 including a color which is not the specific color of the colored pattern of the surface translucent sheet layer 1 is formed. A light source 41 which can generate the same color as or similar color to the specific color of the colored pattern of the surface translucent sheet layer 1 and develop the colored pattern 7 of the colored pattern layer 6 is arranged on the reverse side of the laminate 11. When light of the light source 41 on the reverse side of the laminate 11 is not present, the hiding layer 5 hides the colored pattern 7 of the colored pattern layer 6 from the laminate 11 to the extent that the colored pattern 7 is not developed to the surface of the laminate 11. When light of the light source 41 is present, the hiding layer 5 has light transmissivity to the extent that the colored pattern 7 is developed on the surface of the laminate 11.
