PURPOSE: To provide a light emitting accessory which can emit various lights in such a manner that a light emitting diode is instantaneously allowed to emit light by an integrated circuit element or the intensity of the light of a lamp is varied.

CONSTITUTION: Capacitors 1 and 2 for increasing a voltage of a power source, a light emitting device 7, and an integrated circuit device 6 for controlling the above electrical parts are arranged on the surface of a board 10. A battery 11 as a power source is assembled on the back face of the board 10. A control circuit of the integrated circuit device 6 is changed and is oscillated by a newly added crystal oscillator 5 and a terminal 3 for obtaining the synchronization is attached. A terminal 4 for selectively driving a plurality of light emitting devices 8 and 9 which are newly added is also attached.
