The light emitting advertisement device where the light emitting diode is provided to constitute an LED display part 5 is provided with a current value setting means 3 for setting a current value of a current to be supplied to the light emitting diode of the LED display part 5 and power limiting means 2 and 4 which limit the current value of the current to be supplied to the light emitting diode to a current value equal to or lower than a prescribed threshold at intervals of a prescribed time for a certain time in the case that the current value setting means 3 has set the current value of the current to be supplied to the light emitting diode to a current value higher than the prescribed threshold.
