Further, the light emitting ball has a battery monitoring circuit for the battery voltage of the battery to measure the life of the electronic circuit and make the visible light emitting element blink. In addition, plural visible light emitting elements may be disposed so that the visible light can be irradiated substantially in all directions of the visible light emitting ball.
