The light emitting ball has an electronic circuit board disposed inside the hollow ball body on which an electronic circuit with a battery for operating a light emitting element is mounted. In the light emitting ball, the light emitting element is a visible light emitting element, and the electronic circuit board consists of plural circuit boards disposed so that the weight balance of the light emitting ball is well-balanced on the whole and the rotation inertia moment is even in all directions. Further, the light emitting ball has a battery monitoring circuit for the battery voltage of the battery to measure the life of the electronic circuit and make the visible light emitting element blink. In addition, plural visible light emitting elements may be disposed so that the visible light can be irradiated substantially in all directions of the visible light emitting ball.
