Abstract:
To provide a light-emitting device or the like in which illumination effect is easily enhanced, and also to provide the light-emitting device or the like in which light is irradiated to a container with an appropriate light amount.
The light-emitting device is equipped with: a base 10, the light-emitting parts 16a to 16d which are movable on the base 10 and in which light is emitted upward of the base; a determining means that determines classification of the containers 5 placed on the base 10; a light-emitting part movement means that makes the light-emitting parts 16a to 16d move depending on the classification of the containers 5; and a light-emitting control means that makes the light-emitting parts 16a to 16d emit the light.
