To solve the problems of conventional light-emitting headgear having a light-emitting diode, etc., on the outer face of a gear body covering the head part, comprising difficulty to use the light-emitting headgear as a lighting device for the wearing person, although the headgear exhibits a function of a displaying device to show the presence of the wearing person.
A light-emitting electronic device is attached to the inner face of a flange of the flanged headgear to obtain a lighting device to illuminate the front side of a wearing person.
