PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for ensuring the smooth movement of a movable member including a light-emitting unit without causing a foreign matter entering a cam hole to be bitten at a time of moving the movable member between a storage position and a light-emitting position using a link mechanism including the cam hole and a follower pin.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device 12 includes: a movable member 19 that includes a light-emitting unit 14, and that moves between a storage position at which the movable member 19 is stored in a device main body 1 and a light-emitting position protruding from the device main body 1; and a link mechanism that includes a cam hole 41 and a follower pin 40 inserted into the cam hole 41 and moving along a cam surface 41a of the cam hole 41, and that supports the movable member 19 so that the movable member 19 is movable between the storage position and the light-emitting position. A cylindrical elastic member 42 is attached to an outer circumference of the follower pin 40 inserted into the cam hole 41 so as to be rotatable relatively to the follower pin 40.
