Abstract:
To provide a light emitting device with a reflection layer in which a problem that the light from a light emitting layer cannot be reflected sufficiently since a conventional reflection layer is formed of spherical particles is solved.
The light emitting device includes a substrate (11), a light emitting layer (13) arranged on the substrate (11), and a reflection layer (12) arranged between the substrate (11) and the light emitting layer (13). The reflection layer (12) is formed of flat-faced platy inorganic oxide particles (20).
