PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device for vehicle which reduces the arrangement space of a fan drive circuit and an emission drive circuit, while suppressing temperature rise of a light-emitting part and a circuit board.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device for vehicle includes a first emission part and a fan 40. The fan 40 has a blade 42 for sucking air by rotation and discharging the cooling air, and a circuit board 44. A fan drive circuit 46 for controlling rotation of the blade 42, and a first emission drive circuit for controlling the driving of the first emission part are formed on the circuit board 44. One of the first emission part and the circuit board 44 is arranged in a first region, against which the cooling air strikes, on the discharge direction side for the blade 42 in the direction of the rotating shaft thereof. The other of the first emission part and the circuit board 44 is arranged in a second region, where an air flow is generated by suction, on the suction direction side for the blade 42 in the direction of the rotating shaft of the blade 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
