Abstract:
To provide a lighting device suitable for a lighting an outer wall lighted by light emitting diodes (LED) using a solar cell or the like as a power source.
A high performance rechargeable battery 4 is charged by the electric power generated by a solar cell 3 adhered to the back surface of a glass plate 1 or the like, and light emitting diodes 2 are lighted by supplying the electric power through a light controller 5 as required. The light emitted from the light emitting diodes 2 is irradiated into the glass plate 1, and guided outward by a reflection plate 6, and the glass plate is made to emit light. The light emitting glass plate is used for an outer wall, a paving stone, or the like.
