Abstract:
To reduce power consumption in a standalone light-emitting device by emitting light by an emission plate applied with a luminous paint, when illumination means is turned off.
The light-emitting device, provided with a power generation means for generating power and the illumination means 41 illuminating by using the power generated by the power generation means, has the emission plate 42 receiving the light emitted by the illumination means 41 and is applied with the luminous paint and a control means for controlling turning on/off of the illumination means 41.
