Title:
LIGHT-EMITTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011090875
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide a lighting device capable of improving emission luminance.
The light-emitting device is provided with a cathode electrode having an electron emitting source, an anode electrode which is installed at a position opposed to the cathode electrode and has a phosphor that emits light excited by electrons field-emitted from the electron emitting source, a gate electrode which is installed between the cathode electrode and the anode electrode and has an opening to pass the electrons emitted from the electron emitting source, and a Fresnel lens which is installed on a face opposed to the face on which the phosphor of the anode electrode is formed.
