Abstract:
To provide a light emitting display apparatus which can perform stable gradation control at a low cost without adjusting the transistor characteristic of a pixel circuit chip.SOLUTION: A light emitting display apparatus comprises: a substrate in which a plurality pixel regions are sectioned on a surface; a light emitting part which is arranged on each of the pixel regions and includes at least one or more light emitting elements; a pixel circuit chip which is mounted in correspondence with each of the pixel regions and has a driving transistor for driving the light emitting element of the light emitting part; and a control part which can duty-drive the drive current of the light emitting element. A voltage value outside a voltage range of a sub-threshold region in the I-V characteristic of the driving transistor is used for an input data voltage value to the driving transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
