A sheet like organic electroluminescence light emitter 11 constituted by arranging multiple orgaric electroluminescence light emitting elements 8 having a transparent positive electrode layer 5, an organic light emitting material layer 6, and a transparent negative electrode layer 7 laminated in this order in two dimensioned directions, and having terminals for an electric connection with an external power supply is airtightly contained inside a flat box like container 13 having low moisture permeable transparent plates on both sides to form an organic electroluminescence light emitting display 1. A touch panel 2 is placed on a part of or an entire part of at least either surface of the organic electroluminescence light emitting display 1.
