This invention employs a structure of the white light source having a first substrate, and an organic light emitting element formed on the first substrate. In the structure, the organic light emitting element is sealed by the first substrate, a sealing agent and a second substrate; an inorganic phosphor film is formed on a surface of the second substrate on the side close to the organic light emitting element; the organic light emitting element has a laminated structure of a first electrode, an electron transport layer, an organic luminescent layer, a hole transport layer and a second electrode; and the electrode within the first electrode and the second electrode close to the inorganic phosphor film is a transparent electrode.
