Abstract:
To provide an inexpensive light-emitting element using a ZnO microparticles, that can emit light with high intensity by combining fluorescent bodies.SOLUTION: A p-type light-emitting layer 13A and a hole transport layer 13B are formed sequentially facing upward. A p-side first electrode 15A, a p-side second electrode 15B, and a p-side third electrode 15C are provided away from each other on a surface of the hole transport layer 13B. On the hole transport layer 13B, a first fluorescent layer 16A, a second fluorescent layer 16B, and a third fluorescent layer 16C are formed so as not to overlap with each other. Since the hole transport layer 13B is formed in a thin film shape, the electric conduction is sufficient in a film thickness direction but these electrodes are insulated from each other by an insulating binder 13 in an in-plane direction. Parts right below the p-side first electrode 15A, the p-side second electrode 15B, and the p-side third electrode 15C are substantially isolated electrically from each other in a horizontal direction in the drawing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
