Abstract:
To provide a light-emitting element, which can operate at low voltage and is superior in light-emitting efficiency, stability and manufacturing costs.
In a laminated body wherein a substrate, a positive electrode, a negative electrode arrange to face to the positive electrode via a spacing, and a light-emitting layer arranged between the positive and negative electrodes and made of a specific oxide are laminated, when the positive electrode is set up to be a positive pole and the negative electrode is set up to be a negative pole, the light-emitting layer provides a light-emitting element capable of emitting light so that an electric charge is supplied from both electrodes.
