Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament for a transporting apparatus, excellent in strength and durability capable of coping against even an application of an external force such as impacts and vibrations even after recrystallization.SOLUTION: A filament for a transporting apparatus of the present invention comprises a tungsten filament member that has a structure in which neodymium oxide (hereinafter denoted as "Nd2O3", if needed) is dispersed in tungsten (hereinafter denoted as "W", if needed), has a deformed part including at least one of a curvature and a bend in at least a part thereof, and has an average diameter of 2 mm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
