Abstract:

A photocatalytic film 20 is formed on an outer surface of the light emitting member 21 by irradiating the photocatalytic film raw material mainly containing a silicon alkoxide compound and a photocatalytic semiconductor sol with UV rays with ≤315 nm maximum irradiation wavelength and hardening it.
