The light emitting unit 1 is provided with a polygonal circuit board 2, light-emitting elements 3 arranged in the circuit board 2, high potential side power supply terminals A1H, A2H, B1H, B2H, low potential side power supply terminals A1L, A2L, B1L, B2L, a wiring pattern to connect the light emitting elements 3 and the power supply terminals, and a pressing switch 4 arranged in the circuit board. The pressing switch 4 starts power supply from the power supply terminals to the light-emitting elements 3 when a pushing pressure is added from outside. Furthermore, the light emitting device is manufactured by connecting a plurality of light-emitting units 1.
