PURPOSE: To enable the synthetic utilization of solar energy, by providing a first transparent plate made of material pervious to ultraviolet rays, visible light and infrared rays and a second flat plate made of a visible light pervious material opposed to said first plate so as to leave an interval therefrom.
CONSTITUTION: Ultraviolet rays having a short wavelength and a high energy level and visible light near to said ultraviolet rays in solar rays 16 incident through a first flat plate 2 excite a semiconductive fine powder and activate the liquid in a container. When the liquid is water, water is decomposed, and hydrogen and oxygen generated are taken out to the outside from an energy take-out apparatus 14. Infrared rays having a long wavelength in sunrays are absorbed by a solvent to be converted to heat energy which is, in turn, taken out from the take-out apparatus 14. The remaining visible light transmits through a powdery semiconductive dispersion 6 and a second flat plate 4 to be taken out of the apparatus and irradiates upon organisms to be utilized as an energy source.
