Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device that suppresses a falling of brightness accompanied by a surface tremor of a rotary fluorescent plate.SOLUTION: A light source device 1 includes: a light source unit 10 that emits excitation light; a fluorescence body wheel 30 that is composed by having a fluorescent film 301 converting the excitation light into fluorescence of a wavelength different from the excitation light formed on a rotatable substrate along a rotation direction of the substrate; a lens unit 24 that converges the excitation light to the fluorescence body wheel 30; a distance sensor 60 that detects an amount of change from a reference position of the fluorescence body wheel 30 to an optical axis direction; an actuator 28 that causes the lens unit 24 to move; and a control unit 70 that controls the actuator 28 on the basis of a detection result of the distance sensor 60, and conducts control of moving the lens unit 24 in the optical axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
