PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that hologram of a light source device can output light beams only in one direction.SOLUTION: A light source device includes plural light sources arranged at mutually different positions, a diffraction grating that receives plural input light beams from the plural light sources and can dynamically change a diffraction state by driving signals from outside, and a drive unit that outputs, to the diffraction grating, driving signals for generating one diffraction pattern that diffracts collectively plural input light beams from the plural light sources in one diffraction state, and another diffraction pattern that diffracts collectively the plural input light beams from the plural light sources in another diffraction state.
