Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light extraction film capable of providing an organic EL panel with fire retardancy without damaging a brightness improvement effect.SOLUTION: The light extraction film includes: an uneven surface 62 and a smooth surface 61, which are both principal planes of the light extraction film; and a resin lens layer 6 of equal to or more than 10 μm in an average thickness. On an entire surface of the uneven surface 62, an inorganic fire-retardant layer 7 of equal to or less than 5 μm in an average thickness, being in contact with the light extraction film and a resin adhesive layer 8 being in contact with the smooth surface 61 are provided. When making a direction heading for the uneven surface 62 from the smooth surface 61 to be a light extraction direction, a position of the inorganic fire-retardant layer 7 at a recess apex in the light extraction direction of the uneven surface 62 is closer to the smooth surface 61 than a position of a projection apex in the light extraction direction of the uneven surface 62.
