To provide a light fixture that is advantageous for wire connection and fabrication workability, easy to pass internal wires, and to avoid misconnection.
A mounting base 50 fixed on an interior of a fixture body 20 is provided with U-shaped installation sections 51 on both ends thereof, and thereby it is possible to mount terminal blocks 56a, 56b for power supply connection or transmission wiring connection on an upper surface of the installation sections 51 and to dispose a lighting device 57 on a lower portion of the mounting base 50. By doing so, fabrication workability is improved because it is only required to fix the mounting base 50 on the interior of the fixture body 20 suffices in fabricating a light fixture 10 under the condition that the terminal blocks 56a, 56b and the lighting device 57 are beforehand mounted on the mounting base 50 and internal connection is completed. Besides, wire-passing space is easily secured because the mounting base 50 is divided into two stages for the upper and lower thereof.
