PURPOSE: To enable signal exchange from light to fluid without electric signal by fixing one end of a jet flow guide which has an optical absorbing member fixed thereto and is deflected by heat to an outlet end of a nozzle opposed to an optical input port or to a fluid supplying port on a shaft center of the nozzle, and projecting it in the downstream direction of the nozzle.

CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 12 leading to a supplying port 11 is formed on an element main body 1. Passages 15, 16 leading to outlet ports 13, 14 branched symmetrically in respect to a center axis are formed on the downstream side of the nozzle 12, while an optical input port 17a is formed on an outlet of the nozzle 12 horizontally. A jet flow guide 18a is provided so as to one end thereof is fixed to the outlet end of the nozzle 12 and the other end is projected in the downstream direction of the nozzle 12 and deflected by means of heat. An optical absorbing member 19 is fixed to a side face of the jet flow guide 18 opposed to the optical input port 17a. Signal exchange from light to fluid can be performed without electric signal.
