Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate in which brightness irregularities and a hot spot are reduced while providing high brightness.SOLUTION: A first optical element 51 which deflects incident light to a second principal plane 50b side is provided on a first principal plane 50a of a substrate 50, and a second optical element 52 comprising light shutting-in lenses which shut incident light in the substrate 50 and diffuse and collect incident light in the plane direction of the second principal plane 50b on the second principal plane 50b of the substrate 50 is provided in the second principal plane 50b of the substrate 50. Therein, on the apex of each light shutting-in lens, a plurality of groove-shaped concave parts having a prescribed width and a prescribed depth of which a vertical cross-section shape assumes a circular arcuate curved surface are formed continuously side by side.
