Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiation device assembleable very simply, capable of fixing and positioning a light source body simultaneously in assembly, having an advantage of excellent heat releasability, and causing no disconnection of an electric cable or the like.
SOLUTION: This device has a structure wherein a casing 3 storing the light source body 2 comprises a pair of casing elements 31, 32 to be mutually screwed and bonded, and the light source body 2 is pressed and fixed following bonding of each casing element 31, 32, and simultaneously the light source body 2 is positioned with the coincident axial line L by utilizing interfitting with the casing or the like. In the device, an irregular engaging structure 10 for forbidding rotation of the light source body 2 to the casing element 31, 32 is provided between one casing element 31, 32 into which the electric cable 5 penetrates and the light source body 2.
