Abstract:
Provided is a light irradiation-type heating device in which a plurality of filament lamps are disposed parallel to a workpiece, and with which the workpiece can be more uniformly heated. The light irradiation-type heating device is characterized in that light-emitting units provided to the filament lamps, each light-emitting unit having a different length, are configured so one or more of the following design elements is different in each light-emitting unit so that the power density per unit length of the light-emitting unit and the color temperature and temperature elevation rate of the light-emitting unit are substantially the same in each filament lamp: the number of filament element wires constituting the light-emitting unit; the filament element wire diameter; the total cross-section area of the filament element wires constituting the filament; the coil inner diameter when the filament is wrapped in a coil shape; and the coil pitch when the filament is wrapped in a coil shape.
