Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light lighting device in which a color non-mixed region is not formed, and which is high in lighting efficiency.SOLUTION: A liquid actuator 2 is arranged on a light source 1, and a DC voltage supply circuit 3 generates a DC voltage V, and supplies it to the liquid actuator 2. A condenser lens 4 radiates light from the liquid actuator 2 to a lighting place. The liquid actuator 2 is composed of a transparent base board 21, a transparent lower electrode layer 22, an insulative spacer layer 23 formed at a peripheral part of the lower electrode layer 22, a liquid layer 24 which is surrounded by the spacer layer 23, and located on the lower electrode layer 22, a sealing layer 25, and an annular upper electrode layer 26 formed on an upper face of the sealing layer 25. A peripheral part of the sealing layer 25 is located on the spacer layer 23, and an inside portion of the peripheral part of the sealing layer 25 seals the liquid layer 24. Nanometer orange phosphorous particles 24a which wavelength-convert a part of the blue light of the light source 1 to orange light are uniformly dispersed on the liquid layer 24. The orange phosphorous particles 24a move according to the DC voltage V between the lower electrode layer 22 and the upper electrode layer 26.
