To provide a light metal pipe handle on which strength of the handle is improved and which has also strength equal to a steel pipe handle while being lightweight by mixing reinforcing wire rods of different kinds of metal in the axial direction of the pipe.

Steel wires of different kinds of metal are mixed in a pipe wall (an aluminium base material 5) of a pipe handle as reinforcing wire rods 6 by being uniformely dispersed in the axial direction of a pipe. Strength of the handle 2 is improved by the steel wires in the aluminium base material 5, and it is hardly deformed to external force, and an aluminium pipe handle having also strength equal to a steel pipe handle while being lightweight, can be obtained. Therefore, vibration of the handle sensible to a rider can be easily restrained.
