Abstract:
To display an image which is based on faint light from an object having a size of a meter.SOLUTION: A photo-multiplication device 1 comprises: an avalanche panel 2 in which a plurality of avalanche photodiodes 4 converting faint light into current and multiplying the converted faint light are disposed in a reticular pattern; and a light-emitting panel 3 in which a plurality of light-emitting diodes 5 converting the current from the avalanche photodiodes 4 into visible light in order to display an image which is based on the faint light are disposed in a reticular pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
