Abstract:
To provide a configuration in which blades hardly interfere with each other in a light quantity adjustment device that can be fully closed.SOLUTION: A light quantity adjustment device comprises: a base member that has an opening to pass light; a traverse blade group consisting of a plurality of traverse blades that rotate while traversing through the opening, the traverse blade group including a first traverse blade group consisting of a plurality of traverse blades coming in and out of the opening and a second traverse blade group consisting of a plurality of traverse blades coming in and out of the opening; a partition plate that is arranged between the first traverse blade group and the second traverse blade group; and a drive ring that drives the traverse blade group. The first traverse blade group and the second traverse blade group cooperate to form an aperture opening. An edge of an aperture opening formed by at least one traverse blade in the first traverse blade group is adjacent to an edge of an aperture opening formed by two traverse blades in the second traverse blade group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
