A remote control signal receiver is provided, which has an ID information holding part for holding ID information, a remote control signal receiving part for receiving a remote control signal, and a processing information outputting part for outputting processing information including information corresponding to the received remote control signal and the ID information held by the ID information holding part to a browser device in a readable way. Since the matter that through which remote control signal receiver the information is received can be utilized in subsequent processing, a variety of services can be achieved.
