To provide a light receiving device for a photometric instrument capable of obtaining desired spectral responsivity characteristics of high accuracy using an interference filter.
A light receiving device 10 for a photometric instrument is designed to have predetermined spectral responsivity characteristics in accordance with a measurement purpose and comprises: a diffuser panel 12 which diffuses incident light; an interference filter 15 which restricts a wavelength component of the incident light diffused by the diffuser panel 12; and an incident angle restriction member 14 which is positioned between the interference filter 15 and the diffuser panel 12, and restricts an incident angle of the incident light on the incident plane 15b of the interference filter 15.
