Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light receiving element, manufacturing method therefor and electronic apparatus capable of suppressing generation of a dark current.SOLUTION: The light receiving element includes a first compound semiconductor with a first conductive type; a photoelectric conversion layer which absorbs a wavelength in an infrared region to generate a charge; a first semiconductor layer formed on the photoelectric conversion layer; and isolating layer formed to surround the photoelectric conversion layer and the first semiconductor layer. The first semiconductor layer includes a second conductivity type region at a central part except a peripheral edge part opposing to the photoelectric conversion layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
