Title:
受光素子モジュールおよびその製造方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5851355
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light-receiving element module in which a plurality of light-receiving elements are connected with each other, which is excellent in photoelectric conversion efficiency with respect to an installation area and which allows a connection angle between the light-receiving elements to be arbitrarily changed.SOLUTION: In a light-receiving element module 1 in which a plurality of light-receiving elements 10a-10f are connected with each other via inter-element connection bodies 30, each of the light-receiving elements 10a-10f includes bus electrodes provided on a light-receiving surface side of a light-receiving element substrate to extend in a predetermined direction, and current extraction electrodes provided on a non-light-receiving surface side; and an inter-element connection body 30 includes a flat surface part 31 composed of a conductive material having substantially the same size as that of the light-receiving element substrate, and belt-like parts 32 which are provided corresponding to formation positions of the bus electrodes of the light-receiving element and composed of a belt-like conductive materials. The flat surface parts 31 of the inter-element connection bodies 30 are connected with the current extraction electrodes of the light-receiving elements 10a-10f, and the belt-like parts 32 are connected in a manner that an extension direction coincides with that of the bus electrodes of the light-receiving elements 10a-10f.
